Order and Payment

A: The product can be changed within 7 days of receipt. Exchange is allowed only if the tags are intact & the product is not damaged.

A: The order can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.

A: We support the following payment options:

  • Cash On Delivery (available in select pin codes)
  • Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express)
  • Debit Card
  • Net Banking
  • PayUMoney (payment gateway)

If an order is placed using Credit card/Debit card/Internet banking, the order will be processed once the payment is approved by the bank.

If the order is placed using COD payment type, the payment has to be done to the courier person on delivery of the product. The package can be opened only after handing over the payment to the courier person.


A: The orders will be shipped within 2 working days from the date of placement of order and delivery would be made to the customers within 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch to the serviceable locations. In case of non-serviceable locations, delivery will take 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch. You will receive an order confirmation by email usually within 24 hours of placing your order.

Return or Exchange

A: You can place a request for replacement within 7 days after receiving your order. It is advisable to do it at the earliest in case of faulty product. Once we receive the request, we will get back to you in 7 days.

A: You cannot return the product after 7 days of receiving it.

A: You shall get your money back via the same mode of payment as used at the time of placing the order. In case of COD, the money will be deposited in the bank account.
